We’re available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time. While those are our standard hours, we do our best to respond to all requests the same day they come in.

We currently accept Venmo as our primary payment method. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll provide the necessary details and send a payment request directly to you. If you prefer a different method, feel free to ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We aim to process and deliver your order within 2 weeks. While delays can occasionally happen due to manufacturing or shipping partners, they’re rare—and most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. We prioritize quick turnaround and will always keep you updated along the way.

Our products often move through multiple carriers before reaching their final destination. In some cases, your package may already be en route—or even arrive—before a tracking number becomes available. While we do our best to provide tracking as soon as we can, rest assured your order is still on the way and being handled with care.

We do not offer returns. However, we prioritize your satisfaction by sharing detailed photos and videos of your item before it ships. If anything looks off or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to adjust or replace the item before it leaves our hands. This step helps ensure you’re happy with your order before it’s delivered.

Absolutely. We’re proud to offer international shipping, so customers around the world can enjoy our products.

If your item doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us on WhatsApp right away. We package every order with the utmost care to prevent damage during shipping, so issues are rare—but if they do happen, we’ll make it right.

If the shipping provider confirms that your package wasn’t delivered, we’ll issue a full refund. For damaged items, we’ll need clear photos to assess the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll move forward with a full refund or replacement.

Unfortunately, once payment is received and your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Rest assured, your item will be prepared and shipped as scheduled.
